1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the get777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. get777 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which use of online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a get777 employee or contractor.
• You must not have had a previous get777 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

get777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

get777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Withdrawal destination: Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Processing times: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 minutes.
• Verification: get777 reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ৳20,000.
• Currency: All balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit fails after your payment provider has debited the amount, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference immediately. get777 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

get777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or a pending compliance review. In such cases, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe and request any required documentation.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

get777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers (including Eid, BPL, and IPL promotions) to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully verified their account in accordance with Clause 1.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount. Different game types may contribute differently toward the wagering requirement.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited. Your real-money balance will be unaffected.
• get777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the promotions page prior to taking effect where possible.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, pattern betting, arbitrage, or coordinated use of offers — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

4. Gaming Rules & Sports Betting

All casino games offered on get777 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are beyond the control of get777.

• Game results produced by RNG-certified software are final. get777 does not have the technical ability to alter game outcomes after a round has commenced.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's rules. get777 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute, get777's settlement decision is final.
• Bets placed on voided markets (e.g., cancelled or abandoned matches) will be refunded to your account balance as a void settlement.
• get777 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets, games, or player accounts where risk management requirements dictate.
• Any wager placed using funds obtained through a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including bonus abuse, fraudulent deposits, or identity fraud — will be voided along with any associated winnings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the get777 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any back-end system of get777 without authorization.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual at any point during the registration or verification process.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers in connection with the delivery of games or settlement of game outcomes.

Where get777 is found liable for a direct loss under applicable law, our total liability to you in respect of that loss shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments, Termination & Governing Law

get777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

• get777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where a breach of these terms is suspected but not yet confirmed.
• Upon account closure initiated by get777 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach of terms, balances may be forfeited.
• Players may close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general principles of commercial law and fair dealing. Any disputes shall be first submitted to get777's internal dispute resolution process before any external escalation.
